Goats (in colour)

The composition on this photo is just wonderful, creating a clear distinction between subject and background, uncluttered and simple. The ibex is beautiful, sharp and clear. This image has it all: originality, great composition, a knowledge of rule of thirds, and a shallow depth of field with the background just clear enough to see how high up the subject is on the rock. Would love to know what kind of post processing you used. All in all, quite a lovely photo.

I love this goat so much. What a great personality! The image is soft and sweet, with coloring that is not over saturated and does not distract the viewer. Shooting from a low angle presents the viewer a unique angle from the goat’s POV and makes it more personal. The colors of the goat and background complement each other, and I love how the dandelions interspersed throughout the image connect the foreground to the background. Lovely photo. I’d love to meet this goat!

A lovely image, with a clear shot of the subject against a background that enhances the photo, rather than distracting from it. I really wanted to keep looking at this photo. The composition is very balanced and the colors are not over saturated. Great job!

This photo just screams fantastic composition. I can tell the photographer has an eye for removing dead space and allowing the goats to take center stage. I love that the colors of the grass and sky are not overly saturated, so as not to distract from the subjects. It looks beautiful and organic. Someone call Ricola cough drops and tell them this photo would be great for their ad campaign!
