Hats

I love the use of black and white in this image. The bokeh has a striking effect, and I'm enjoying the contrast of the pattern in the hat with the background. The composition and lighting works well. Care must be taken on the point of focus. I would have made sure that the right eye was focused.

I love the choice of monochrome for this image. It is in my top ten as it stands out from many others. There are so many textures to look at, the hat, head, water, shadow in the water, and also the background. The composition works, there is a good use of curves and straight lines.

The colours are fabulous - the hat, skin and sea, very pleasing to the eye. The angle is excellent. I love the way the hat dominates the picture.. The texture of the sea and the hat are in harmony. If I was to nitpick, maybe the legs. could be in the centre. Overall, this is a stunning image, and that is why it is in my top ten.
