Take a look at the <a href="https://www.photocrowd.com/leaderboard/">leaderboard</a> for more information on Photocrowd rankings.** Intentional blur photography is an opportunity to explore colour and pattern without being tied to the usual rules of composition. Sometimes blur is an accident or a mistake but, occasionally, it’s exactly what your image needs. All you need to get started is a camera that allows you to control shutter speed. Either that, or standard digital processing tools. Enjoy!
