Great and simple. I chose this photo to be in the top ten because it is the only one of its kind entered to this contest. When it comes to knolling and photography the "travel" theme is most prevalent. These travel essentials make me wanna pack my bags and go somewhere new. Spacing is good, although some of the items overlap which is not the ideal, but it works well.
Love this, a very quality picture. Wonderful perspective. I like the way the glowing crosses lead into the distance seemingly forever, a testament to the sheer volume of lives lost. Great contrast and even better that it's b&w. I almost missed the Star of David headstones a few rows back which to me adds depth in the image, and the story.
My hat goes off to whoever set these rocks in place. Not a small task. I like the checkerboard element and at such a large scale. Definitely knolling, but kind of chaotic, it could be improved perhaps by a shift of perspective, lower, closer maybe. I wouldn't wanna be on the clean up crew. Thanks for sharing this one.
Really well done! Everything is perfectly knolled. There are great lines everywhere, my eye keeps bouncing around the entire frame. All of the pieces create a nice square and the wooden triangles are a great addition and really make the image. If this is really how your work area looks you deserve a raise.

Knolling is the process of arranging related objects in parallel or 90-degree angles as a method of organization. In photography this can mean many things. Traditionally shot from above, this tool can produce some very provoking images. Mechanism or organism, found or created. Go all out and knoll whatever you can. The more bizarre and out of the box the better. Only one exception, not your camera gear!
