Congratulations on a Top 10 finish. Thank you for entering this contest. While there were so many great images. This is one that I kept going back to. I love how you were able to convey a sense of movement and realism. Great job on making the image look more like it was shot with a wide open f/2.8 or faster lens but using a f/5.6
Congratulations on a Top 10 finish. Thank you for entering this contest. While there were so many great images. This is one that I kept going back to. This image caught my attention with the sense of movement/action. Detailed attention was used to place the skis in a realistic position. Great vision and creativity.
Congratulations on a Top 10 finish. Thank you for entering this contest. While there were so many great images. This is one that I kept going back to. This is a great image with lots of creativity and sense of so much activity taking place in an uncluttered way. With all of the apparent maintenance and cleaning of the clock, the use of a sterile white background was a great choice and it helped to separate the subjects allowing them all to stand out.
Thank you for entering this contest. While there were so many great images. This is one that I kept going back to. I love everything about this performance packed image. Porsche Logo and specific Porsche clothing is a nice touch. The way you staged the figure with the car on the street with a fall-like bokeh in the background helped to add realism and made the subject pop. Well done.
Congratulations of a Top 10 finish. Thank you for entering this contest. While there were so many great images. This is one that I kept going back to. I love the way you composed the image. There is a sense of framing the subject in a realistic way as if he is about to go over an unexpected series of rapids (or worse). The look on the mini figure's face is priceless. The bokeh behind the subject implies to me that there possibly is a waterfall or rapids he already conquered. If you have time to revisit the setup, consider adding a slight misting from a spray bottle onto the mini figure, paddles, and kayak. Adding a bit more haze and bringing up the whites and highlights in front and below the kayak in the foreground would add more to the fact that he is in real trouble. I love this photo.
Congratulations on a Top 10 image. Thank you for entering this contest. While there were so many great images. This is one that I kept going back to. Star Wars, Lego, Bounty Hunter, Mandalorian, what's not to love? I really like the atmosphere and drama created in post production. Also, the creative framing border you used reminds me a bit of the border around the edge of the old original Star Wars Figures from the late 1970's, early 80's era. Nice!

Congratulations on a Top 10 Image. Thank you for entering this contest. While there were so many great images. This was one of the very first images that caught my attention to be sure AWESOME. I really love the way how you created an otherworldly feel to an otherwise ordinary scene. The contrast in the dull yesteryear B&W place with the vivid modern look of the Lego Mini figures is really well done. It almost looks like they may be having the conversation on the lines of "Boy, what on earth was in that Lego tea we had at brunch." Simply captivating to me. Thought provoking. If you ever go back to recreate this scene, try adding some water droplets on the umbrella with a find mist to add that one last killer detail. I love it! Thank you for sharing, I believe there may well be others that will be thinking the same thing. The image made an impact and influence on me for sure.
Congratulations on a Top 10 image. Thank you for entering this contest. While there were so many great images. This is one that I kept going back to. I really like the macabre scene, dramatic lighting from one direction that adds a feeling of doom. The lighting makes the figures pop as if they are only now appearing out of the darkness to take over the innocent unsuspecting souls sleeping I think of a cross between Ring Wraiths in the Lord of the Rings crossed with Jack Skellington. Well done.

Thank you for entering this contest. While there were so many great images. This is one that I kept going back to. This is a very creative and cute way to depict sunflower seeds as if being mined. The penguins are a hilarious addition to the scene. I have made similar substitutions in some of my images when some other more specific item or species would have worked better in a real world. But the whole idea of staging Legos for photography or just plain fun means playing, getting creative, humorous, etc. Very nicely done.
Congratulation on a Highly Commended image. Thank you for entering this contest. While there were so many great images. This is one that I kept going back to. DC, Batman, fog, dramatic and dark mood. what's not to love? I have a couple Batman Lego figures that I have used in macro photography so much that they sigh at me when I grab the mini figure collection saying "not again man, haven't you taken enough pictures." I think the paint may be coming off of my Star Wats and Batman figures from all the photo props they have been tried in.. I digress, Very well done.
