Long Exposure in Black and White (no waterfalls)

Brief

For this contest I would like to see your black and white photos captured using a long exposure. This technique can be used to create some striking images capturing things like the movement of clouds, or soft waterscapes giving the water a milky look. This can be achieved using just the camera settings or with the help of neutral density filters. People and animals can be included in the photos, but please no photos of waterfalls. Please no colour photos, only black and white. I look forward to seeing your creative work.
