The simplicity of this image is sublime. It goes to show that sometimes, more often than not, less is more. The small hint of human presence is just enough to establish a sense of intimate connection. The design of the composition is just lovely, along with the delicate colour palette and subtle hues. I like the idea of this image. Someone making a selfie is an interesting commentary on contemporary society, especially in the context of the LOVE theme. Content aside, the composition is stunning and the treatment of the black and white tones has been beautifully handled. All in all, good work!

There is a lovely energy in this stunning image. It is fun, vibrant and bursting with romance. The light streaming in the scene has a lot to do with evoking the radiant atmosphere. Shooting into the light (contre jour) is not easy, but in this instance, it has been artfully handled. The colours are wonderful too!
