What an amazing moment to be able to capture. We love the intensity of the action and expressions, and the exposure is spot on. The aggressor fox is pin-sharp, with nice detail in its teeth and fur, and the background is nicely thrown out of focus to help the duelling foxes stand out.

This is a stunning shot made all the more dramatic by the high contrast lighting. We love the heavy colours and tones, with the purples in the floor of the ring matching the gloves of the boxer being hit, and the lights up above.

The lighting, the expression and the low angle all come together to create this striking image. We like the hints of the comfort of the sofa that has been rejected in favour of the warmth of the bright sun through the window.

You did well to get close enough to the sheep to make it and the lamb large in the frame while capturing the hills beyond thanks to the 38mm focal length. The bonus in this shot is the watchful collie in the background, it echos the colouring of the lamb and injects extra interest to the frame.

This shot looks like a set-piece. The two in the background discussing the day's work, the person in the big coat keeping warm after the showers, bags by their feet and the rush as the passenger steps from the train. The colour, slow shutter technique and low angle perspective all come together to make a very powerful image.

What an amazing shot. Your timing is perfect so you've captured the bird immediately after take-off with the splash behind it and its wings brushing the surface of the water as it tries to gain height. We love your angle of view, looking along the surface of the water and the focus is spot-on.

This is an excellent interpretation of the brief and a great use of a GoPro - a camera small enough to fit down a rabbit hole. What really makes the image, of course, is your use of a ring light which illuminates Baxter's face and balances the exposure of his face with that of the sky. Great work!

The best portraiture offers some environmental context for your subjects, and this image does that so well. The low angle also really aids the composition and helps tell their story. We also like how the edge of the pool table forms a leading line, drawing our eye to the child in the background.

We love this low-level portrait. It's full of fun and colour and says so much more about your son than a formal shot. It looks like it was also fun for the subject, which is an important consideration. An image to cherish.

This is a lovely image with careful focus that makes great use of the available depth of field. It's easy to imagine the row of goslings moving across the frame all walking in step. The soft light and subtle colours also work very well.

Did you tape seed to your lens hood to get the fantastic eye contact in this image? Using a wide lens and focusing very closely has made the duck's beak and head seem very large in the frame, which adds impact and humour. We love it.

A true low angled shot and a great example of how an ultra-wide lens can be used to create a unique image. This months competition saw a huge range of interpretations of the brief, but yours genuinely stood out for being different and fun.

A true picture of summer. The overexposure is what has really boosted this image, the detail in the sky might be slightly washed out, but the tone is there where it counts. A really lovely image with something very special.

There is so much to like about this image. For starters, the low angle is right on brief for this month's theme. The exposure is perfect, capturing a crisp reflection in the pool of water and even some detail in the hair on the buffalo. We also love the composition.
