It would be very easy to enter an image into a round such as this which suffers from oversaturation. This frame however makes great use of contrast without going overboard. The processing is clear but it adds to the atmosphere of the scene and works to make the most of the colours present. It's a very attractive scene.

The natural world offers a huge range of beautiful colours. For this round, we'd like to see images that celebrate the rich tones of the landscape, from the deep blue of pre-dawn to the firery reds of a sunrise, or the deep green of a misty forest.
We like this picture and see the potential here. To take the image to another level, we recommend correcting the cropping to remove the wood element. Also when it comes to editing, increasing the Vibrant/Saturation slider slightly is supporting in intensifying colours while keeping up the natural appeal of the frame. Well done.
We like that a long exposure was used to soften the water while keeping the floral elements in the image sharp. To enhance the impact of the image, we recommend lowering the shooting perspective, which adds even more foreground interest and dynamism to the image. Thank you for your submission, well done.
What a vibrant shot, the greenery has been brought out beautifully whilst still looking natural. We think that trying out a wider crop would be beneficial for the subject, as it may give the boat more room to breathe. To bring even more dynamism into the picture, lowering the shooting perspective could also be something to consider. Well done on capturing the scene and highlighting the texture and colours so nicely.
A beautiful scene. We particularly like the placement of the sun behind the boat. Unfortunately, it seems that the image was cropped quite a bit, which reduces the overall quality and sharpness of the image. A smaller crop could improve the sharpness and encourage the viewer to build a story around your subject..
What a beautiful shot of a sunset. The colours of the frame are vibrant and stand out even more against the silhouette of the landscape. To maximise the effect of the image, we recommend leaving a little more space around the silhouette of the landscape when you frame the scene. Well done on this magical shot!
Green is a difficult colour to work with sometimes, but this scene demonstrates that it can be used effectively if treated correctly. The lighting is gorgeous and creates a good range of hue variations that make the green theme a strong force. The off-centre composition of the building is a bold choice too.
This is a classic landscape composition but the lighting highlights just a few of the bold colours in the scene, allowing us to focus on just the best elements. It's the kind of frame you want to walk into. The magical colours are understated too, so well done to the photographer for making the best of the colours on offer.
This scene has plenty of atmosphere. We really like the colours and the misty layer adds some intrigue. There are some nice painterly tones here to appreciate and the lighting is very well exposed. The tunnel-like framing allows us to concentrate on the fiery reds without them becoming too prominent.
This frame is another that looks like a painting, making the most of tunnel-like gradients which draw our attention to the colour contrasts. It's an almost idealised autumnal shot but the colour is neatly concentrated in a small part of the frame, creating a lovely saturation fall-off moving into the distance.
This shot has an amazing atmosphere! We didn't receive as many wildlife images as you might have imagined for this round, but this shot delivers on the brief while providing something unique. The composition is effectively divided into layers and the wash of colour gives it an almost monochromatic theme. Nicely seen and put together.
The photographer behind this image demonstrates that bold colours needn't be highly saturated or taken during the golden hours of sunrise and sunset. We especially like the diagonal split of the frame and the placement of the tree, which compliments the greatly zoned composition. It's an intriguing frame that deserves repeat views.
