Man-made macro

This is just clever. It takes a lego model to a different level and provides a clear connection to the rest of the image. Looks like some photoshop editing has gone on with the apple, but it all lends itself to a great composition.

This for me captures the brief completely. All of the items in the image are man made, and it is a macro photograph. What I love about it though is the symmetry and connection you get through the image. Its really very good. A very well deserved winner of this competition.

When I looked at this image I had no idea what it was. I think had you not put the title in as "A Fork" I think I would have struggled to tell you what it was. That's what this contest is all about for me, the usual, but photographed unusually. Nice work !

This is clever. Fulfils the brief of man made macro, but on two levels. Not only is everything in the picture man made, but the painter is painting something. I love it, well done. I would love to know where you got the model from as well. I'm always looking out for new ones.

I absolutely love this image. It is very difficult to capture this kind of shot. However it is a man made macro competition which is why it did not make it into the top 10. Had it been a different competition, this would have been my winner.
