Artists have been creating mosaics since 3rd century Mesopotamia. Aside from simply being a uniquely beautiful form of decorative art, they can also be used to tell stories. Modern artists continue this tradition, and mosaics can be found everywhere from street art to bathroom walls, pavements to crafting stalls.
