Moths and Butterflies (in colour)

I really love the atmosphere in this photo. The swallowtail is captured from behind, as if we're watching it go. The restricted color palette is very pleasing and the small spots on the butterfly are little pearls of color. The soft blur gives it a fairy tale feeling I really appreciate. Congrats on 1st place!

These butterflies are so awesome! You did a very good job of catching it in flight. The colors of the background that mirror the colors of butterfly and flower is a really nice touch. I look at this and it feels all so simple, but I know catching a butterfly in flight and with such good focus is no joke. Congrats on making my top 10!

These little butterflies are so cute and they usually are awake pretty early in the morning. I like the dew on the wings, but the real pearl here is the small fly on the head of the butterfly on the right. I also like the square format for this picture. Very well done and congrats on top 10!

I have seen this picture in various contests and I always admired it. Even though the parallelism of the subject is not perfect, the atmosphere you donated to this image is, indeed, superb. The lighting is excellent and the dark colors highlight the translucency of the butterfly's wings. Very well done and congrats on 3d place!
