This shot makes me want to be in this valley, with these bikers. Incredibly rugged backdrop, which conveys a real sense of adventure. Id like to know more - where are they going? How long is the trip (they look like they are carrying a lot of gear). The slightly washed-out colours add to the sense of this being a place a long way from anywhere, where anything could happen. Even though the backdrop is big and imposing, there is still no doubt about the main focus of the image - its all about the bikes! Great shot! Wish I could have been there!

Well, I was looking for something that captured the essence of freedom and adventure of motorcycling, and this certainly fits the bill! To begin with, this was actually a biker, biking, as opposed to a shot of other people biking, so very well done for finding an effective way to capture yourself in action. The colours and the image are bright and clear, really giving me a fantastic POV impression. I also like how you have captured a moment on a bend - windy roads are biking heaven! We also have a sense of speed, created by the blurring of the road and the countryside on the edges. And finally, all this with no post processing, as it was shot on film. A worthy winner!

I love this mans outfit - indeed, 'a gentleman on the move'! A good job in capturing the full bike on the move in the shot, helped by the other biker in the background. We have a real sense of movement in this shot, with the blurred background. I also get a sense of concentration as well as enjoyment on the subjects face. A very well taken shot, that puts bike and biker at the forefront of the image. Well done!

I kept being drawn to this image; it looks as if it has been taken from a car, so the photographer is not actually biking, but as a night shot, it conveys that feeling of excitement and danger associated with motorcycling.

The Marlboro Man, still going strong! Part of the fun of motorcycle touring is the breaks, and a chance to chat about the ride, drink a coffee, or smoke a cigarette. This image perfectly captures that motorbike break mood. Nice focus on the image, and well composed. I`m not sure that I would have gone for the vignette effect, but that is just personal taste. Well captured moment!

Whether it's a Saturday outing or an epic journey across Africa, there's nothing quite like getting on your motorcycle and heading off into the great unknown. I want to see images that capture the essence of freedom and adventure associated with travel on two wheels. It can be anywhere in the world, just so long as there is a motorcycle somewhere in the picture. Mount up and hit the trail!

A windy, quiet road in what looks like late summer or early autumn - what could be better! The bend in the road, coupled with the tunnel like effect of the trees, makes this a very pleasing image. I particularly like the light on the trees, as well as the shadows on the road. Not forgetting the brief, the main focus of the image is in no doubt - a biker out for a run on a beautiful day. A well-composed image!
