Motorsport From Behind The Fence

Love this image! The action and movement of the car have been really well captured and make you think that driver was just on the edge of controlling it and the sign stuck to the front tells you he has lost control. I really like that the drive and co-pilot are both visible. Really nice and sharp and excellent capture of the fun and wild side of rally racing. Well done!

I really like this, never photographed motorsport in the snow but I can imagine the exposure and light can course some challenges. I like the fact the riders and vehicles are obscured by the snow, I might have taken the orange cone out of the image but overall, I really like this image.

Some might not like the close crop on this image and the fact the bike "has nowhere to go" but I really like it. I am all for challenging the "rules" of motorsport photography and this ticks a lot of boxes. Nice and sharp throughout a hint of speed with the wheel movement and well shot through a fence and with bad lighting. Congratulation on 3rd place!

Oh, how I have tried to get this shot at Donington Park! Either the bike is too early or too late! Technically if I am honest the bike and rider are not sharp but just the fact you got the image I have been trying to get for ages made me a little jealous! Congratulations :)

What a fantastic shot this is wonderfully sharp and such punchy colors. Every bit of the rider is in focus along with the bike. I know how hard Silverstone is to get a good clean unobstructed view of the track (hence why I don't go very often) but you managed it with this image. This would be one of those images when you are looking through the thousands you took at the end of the day you would say "Nailed it!" Congratulations on 1st Place in what was a really tough contest.
