Boxing hares move at seemingly ludicrous speeds, anyone who's photographed them knows the challenges. Freezing the image gives a lovely snapshot of them in action, allowing us to see all those particles being kicked up and an essence of the speed at which they're moving. Lovely lighting, the effort is appreciated. PJB
I would argue you can feel the movement in this frame. Soft flowing grass that evokes smells of the sea moving by the shore. The light makes the image feel soft but just the right amount of grain gives the feeling of a drawing. A nice mix that at first is almost confusing to the eye when it comes to scale. Well done. PJB

**This contest is open to photographers ranked 1001+ in this week’s Leaderboard.** Nature is a broad term, which for the purposes of our contests refers to the natural world, but excluding humans, or depictions and evidence of human activity. Movement in nature is found all around us, from our gardens and local parks, to distant lands we may have travelled to, so this is a theme that should truly be open to all. How you choose to interpret and show movement in nature is for you alone to decide.
