Naturally Occurring Spirals (nothing man-made)

Brief

In this contest I would like to see your photos of spirals that occur naturally. Examples could be new ferns, patterns in shells, or an animal's tail. There is something about spirals that makes our eye want to explore into its origin. Images can be in colour or black and white but nothing man-made; only natural spirals.
