A stunning image with beautiful colours and strong composition. The cold blue landscape contrasts hard against the colours in the aurora, and the shape of the mountains embraces the aurora. the photographer has resisted the temptation to over saturate the aurora and that has produced a very easy looking image on the eye. With just enough blue in the empty sky, the image has subtle colours throughout. The snow capped mountains almost lets me feel how cold this scene was at the time the image was taken.

A well represented and exposed image that has a strong composition,. The three elements of the starts, the barn and foreground foilage sit well together. The strong textures in the barn, take my eye to the roof and along towards the star rotation. the tonality in the image works well and helps bind everything together. A lovely image I cold enjoy looking at for a long time.
