Old Pickup Trucks

I didn't expect to see photos like this entered in the contest, but judging is surprising. This photo fits the brief perfectly. I love the water drops spewing up from the wheels, and the angle of the racing truck is great for the photo. Congrats on 3rd place!

This photo I absolutely love. I love the different blue hues in the photo; the truck and the hills in the background. The truck is parked at a photogenic angle on a dirt road and the trees add some lovely context. Congrats on 2nd place!

This photo is very striking. The sunset is what caught my eye instantly, with the old rusty truck at a low angle popping up in the middle of the image. The skeleton adds some mystery to the photo, was this the driver, or was this just put there for a halloween decoration or other such thing? The colors and clarity of the image are great. It was very hard to judge this contest because almost all the photos were old trucks left rotting somewhere, usually covered in grasses. This one sure caught my attention as soon as I saw it, and I love the title. The bright flag pops out in the photo among colors of darkish tint. Great job on 1st place!
