One Single Tree

I really appreciated the post-production with graphic interventions that greatly enriched the final result. Every detail is very well taken care of. What's more, this image tells a story: a tree, a sad person, an empty field. Two soft, complementary colors help make the right impact.

This black and white image is spectacular. I find it very accurate in detail and excellent execution: the sharpness is perfect, the sky has an excellent post production. The contrast between black and white is very fascinating and well balanced. For sure, the photo deserves an important position in my ranking.

Even though this photo is in black and white, it manages to strike the eye of the beholder. The image gives me many emotions thanks to the shadows and the play of black and white. The composition is textbook photography. The realization allows to observe multiple elements of this image with a certain curiosity.

I gave my 1st place to this image that impressed me for many reasons. First of all, the monochromatism (a gray slightly tending towards blue) of a morning which makes for a very suggestive image. Then, excellent long exposure (or post production) and the outline of a bare tree. I see a lot of elegance and solitude in this shot.

The photo is well done, and moreover, the tree is positioned in an unusual place: I really appreciated the beauty of the contrast between the wall and the sky and the sharpness of the tree grown in the stones. The very suggestive image thanks to the colors and the shape of the bare tree.
