Although some felt Ansel’s love of the beauty of nature to be sentimental and naïve, others agreed that nature and the environment has far more impact on humans than towns and cities do. Stones and pebbles are often overlooked, but are the literal foundation to our lives. Get out and explore their shapes and textures.
