People and their Feelings

A portrait of a great sweetness. I really appreciated the elimination of the background probably in post production. The figure stands out with great power and attracts the attention of the beholder. A very sweet moment of childhood, very rare and to be kept forever.

Seeing the naked bodies of elderly people always leave a strong imprint on me. A lived story of feelings, a resignation in the face of age and eyes that speak their own language that everyone can understand. I liked the structure of the image, how it was built and how it was done. I noticed a lot of feeling in doing it. Congratulations for the 1st place in my opinion deserved.

I was very impressed with this half-face, semi-hidden portrait. The B&W version gives this image a lot of grace and purity. Looking at the girl's face, it is impossible to understand what emotions this girl carries. It can be sadness, it can be expected, it can be nothing, just surprise. A portrait that is full of mystery.

First I appreciated the shot which I consider a rare shot. And only after that I read the description of the photo. The written words have only confirmed and enriched what I have already seen. The black and white makes this image particularly effective, as if the world around this child is empty and indifferent. The atmosphere that is very close to low_key makes it unique. Excellent post production.

Capturing the right moment, the right position of the body, the right objects and the right expression of the face .... this is the skill of a good photographer. And then little to say good is little. That look of resignation and sadness, those strange hats and the birds gathered on the belly ... there is a rich and unique story. Two colors (old blood red and ocher) do the rest.
