This is an absolutely stunning image. I'm intrigued to know how much orchestration went into the creation. It is done absolutely excellently. At a guess I'd say it's staged but in a truly wonderful way. The difficulty rating on producing this image well is high & you've nailed it. Colour palette is wonderful - wardrobe very aligned. Poses are really well done. A superb image!

I really wanted to give this image a higher rating because the idea is great, the model is fantastic & the set up is wonderful in a broad brush sense. There's a rather large technical issue caused by the too much light streaming through the opening at the top causing harsh highlights & imbalance in the overall image. Tricky to fix when photographjing quickly in a real situation. Two options when shooting fast. 1. Lower the frame to cut the light source out. 2. shoot RAW & lower the exposure without losing too much detail from face. Or both. Would've liked tyo see a little more space in the lower right too to include more of the subjects arm & wardrobe. Great effort though & great concept.

Had quite a tough time deciding whether this is a real photo with super heavy colour grading or AI. The people & a couple of elements in the background lead me to belive it is the former but I'm only 80% sure. The composition/lighting & context is wonderful & reallyfeels like Baker Street. As it is a photography competition, we'd like to see photographs which are very obviously photographs & demonstrating excellent technical skills. Therefore it has a merit. However, if this was unmistakebly a photograph with better focus on the subjects it would have scored much higher. Whilst some images can get away with an artistic blur on a subject, this style needs a bit more subject focus for me.
This is truly a beautiful image. I love the real emotion on display on every subject. The conmection between mother & daughter. The story telling aspect of the women living tradition & a man embracing modernity. There;s one aspect which is a little bothersome which is the framing. A little more space to the right & top right would be better. Understand it's tricky to capture all aspects perfectly especially while subkects & maybe photograoher too are moving. Plus photographer is analysing many aspects simultaneously. Becomes easier with practice. I'd also be tempted to clean up some distractions on the ground. If I was being a real perfectionist, I would've lowered the light on the male subject's face to sunchronise a little better with the flighting on female subjects. Would've scored higher if the composition was correct. Overall a wonderful image.

This photograoh from a techincal/editing standpoint scores much higher than a merit. The framing & composition cause an issue. The frame needs a little more negative space which is a small-ish issue. The large issue is the story the composition infers. Whilst how the children are dressed is a beautiful expression of culture. The composition infers that we may be witnessing children being portrayed in an inapprpriate way. Whether purposeful or accidental - definitely something to consider when we display our work.
