Perfection

I love this! An inspired and original landscape photograph. Interweaving a narrative element with a human touch, literally, was clever and the link to Michaelangelo's Creazione di Adamo is a cool creative twist. The rich black-and-white tonality works a treat, but it's the originality and story element that makes this a winner.

The energy and atmosphere packed in this urban soccer scene is wonderful. The players are in great positions for the composition and crucially the ball makes a perfect focal point. The overall colour palette and light spilling into the frame speak eloquently to the occasion.

Exquisite. What a simple and yet beautiful image. There are echoes of the wonderful work of celebrated German photographer Karl Blossfeldt who was noted for his botanical studies. The delicate shapes have been skillfully arranged in the composition. This is lovely work, well done.
