**Open to photographers with a ranking outside the top 1000. There are two other 'Pet portraits' contests currently open to other ranks. Take a look at the <a href="https://www.photocrowd.com/leaderboard/">leaderboard</a> for more information on Photocrowd rankings.** Pets are a big part of the family, so why should they be omitted from our portraits? Since an animal's expression and reactions are so distinct and always 100% authentic, capturing a pet's personality through photography is one of the most fun and rewarding experiences there is. For this contest we'd like you to send in some of your own for a chance to win.
