This image is quite dramatic when I look at it. The low key effect works so well as it brings attention to the shape of the tree as well as the leopard itself. The leopard's posture here seems to be relaxed as it dangles its leg and straddles the limb, yet very alert at the same time. These cats are maybe the most feared for good reason. A simply striking image!

Most people associate natural interactions with large animals or mega fauna such as Lions and Buffalo, but they can come in all sizes and this image is a testament to that. It's quite amazing to see such animals up close as they appear almost alien due to their physical appearance and the fact we can't appreciate them with the naked eye.

This image has many great elements including light, color, and impact. The intense stare of the Golden Eagle is contrasted with an almost desperate look on the dead fox. The soft background tones work very well here and compliment the subjects well. Also the composition is strong as you have the eagle and fox anchoring the image along with some natural framing provided by the tree in the upper lefthand side.
A very intense image of a raptor in flight and one that really captures the viewer at first glance. I love the wing position, the head on look, and the fact that the bird is flying just above the ground. I think it would also be interesting to see the bird placed in a centered composition here. While not the rule it can sometimes work and might add even more impact.
