This tends to accentuate the colour of the background to a greater degree The rugged look of the wall is most appealing and contrasts well with the green of the shutters - this tends to accentuate the colour- that of being purple more than would have otherwise been the case The sign on the left also adds to the appeal- however- but without distracting from the main topic at hand. Firstly, thank you for entering my challenge.The perfect purple symmetry for the purple wall residing behind it - this I find most appealing- I find the slight shadow cast by the wall and yellow shutter also tends to add to the background of the image and so enhancing it's appeal. The choice of yellow as as a shutter also tends to draw the eye in for longer than usual. Congrats and well done!
Firstly, thank you for entering my challenge. Besides the magnificent purple scarf the woman is wearing-there is so much more to be told in this story. Initially one is drawn to the colour of the scarf but as one delves deeper into the facial expression of the woman concerned -one discovers that there are matters on her mind of which we are totally unaware. This tends to draw us into the image for longer than usual as our mind ponders as to what they could be- this of course we shall never know. Congrats and well done!

Firstly, thank you for entering my challenge. The grungy and rugged look of this image is perfect. The wide open door also allows us a view as to what's inside instead of just guessing. The sign on the left also tends to add extra detail to the image informing us as to what may be purchased The blackboard alongside also contrasts well with the darker objects in the cupboard.
