I absolutely love this image and for me, it works really well. The use of black and white really highlights the textures and patterns to be found on this platform. The leading lines, accentuated by the use of high contrast, are spot on and I find myself totally drawn into the picture. Very effective. Congratulations.

For me, this shot works so well. The empty platform really helps to give a minimal feel to this shot. The movement of the train adds a great sense of speed. The composition is spot on and produces wonderful leading lines which really draw me into the picture. Overall a great shot, congratulations.

I really am a big fan of this image. The bright colours are beautifully captured and make what could have been a gritty shot really pop with joy and fun. The composition works really well and the faces captured in the windows help to create a human feel. I really like this photograph....congratulations

Wow...what a stunning image this is. Very cleverly thought out and the composition really is spot on. The lines produce a fantastic sense of movement, whilst the people framed within the windows work perfectly, leaving me wondering about each individuals story. This really is a wonderfully thought out image. Very impressive indeed.

Railway stations, for me, are fascinating photographic spaces. I find my visual senses are bombarded with possibilities for 'a great shot.' From the rush of people in a busy station to the single commuter on an deserted platform. I love the architecture, the tunnels and passageways, the trains, the human story and so much more. So I am looking for anything taken within or around train stations, underground or overground. It's a very wide brief so use your imagination....be inventive. Good luck.

I personally find this particular photograph intriguing. The use of light and shadows work wonderfully and the framing of the gentleman on the right handside works very well. The use of black and white really adds mood and mystery to the shot, making me want to know more about the scene...where is he going? What is his story? Brilliant!
