This brings back so many memories of wet days at the seaside. Your choice of aperture has blurred the people outside while still capturing enough detail to make their umbrella visible. The raindrops on the window make the weather conditions very apparent. You've also found an excellent viewpoint that includes the beach huts for extra context.
Your intentional camera movement works very well here, it helps to convey that sense of dashing through the rain, head-down but occasionally glancing up to avoid bumping into people and lampposts. We also like your handling of the colour so that everything tones with the umbrella, which is the most colourful part of the scene.

We love a minimalist image, and while this is a minimalist composition there is so much to see and appreciate. We love how the birds fill the sky, the man walking mid-stride and his reflection in the wet sand, the row of chairs that guide you through the frame. The muted tones are also very pleasing. This is a fantastic image.

The small mouse's stance against the weather with paws over the nose works well. This image has an excellent balance of composition, colour and tone that all come together to reflect the cold wet environment of when the image was taken. The berries provide a nice frame around the mouse, and the branches are a great leading line. We also like the frozen raindrops sparkling throughout the scene.
