Roots of Plants (no animals or people)

Brief

This contest is for your photographs of the roots of plants, the part of a plant which attaches it to the ground. You can show the roots of any plant such as trees, shrubs or vegetable roots such as turnip or carrots. Colour or black and white images are all acceptable. Please no animals or people to be included in your image, just roots. I look forward to seeing your entries.
