Round Objects in Nature (in colour)

Nature simply does it best! No gimmicks needed, just use the space in front of you to capture the eternal rhythm in such a memorable way. A masterclass of minimalism. I had many moon-photos in the contest, but yours impressed me most. A dreamer's image, I could look at it for hours. Congratulation on being my winner.

Your photo caught my eye straight away. I just love tadpoles and your image captures them beautifully. This was just the sort of image I had in my mind when I wrote the brief for this contest. I have the incentive now to practise harder next spring to get such an impressive image in our small pond.

Simply stunning. The detail in this photo is amazing. It must have been difficult to photograph so close to the ground. Thankfully you did. Your focus is full on the crab and the sand balls in front of it, slowly blending out. To make an image look so good in such a drab colour is not an easy task, but I'm truly fascinated.

Wow, what an amazing sight. There were a number of images from this site in the contest, but your photo shows off their round shape the best. The whole composition is marvellous, with see and sun caught in a wonderful light. I didn't even know these boulders existed, now I want to go there and see for myself.
