An unusual take on one of the most photographed bridges in the world. A well seen image. Using the road bridge to partially frame the rail bridge is inspired. The rail bridge in itself framing the ships. The long exposure works for me and the image has been very well-processed giving no doubt this was taken during the blue hour.
So exquisitely simple, yet so powerful. A mark, in my opinion, of a stunning image. Very well seen and photographed. I adore this type of documentary image. One that provokes so many memories of time long gone. Happy times, despite the challenges. The overgrown grass, and lack of a large bare area in front of the goal, tells a story in itself! Technically, well composed and subtly processed. Having grown up on the West coast, this image in undeniably Scotland to me. Bravo!

On the edge of the world!
Such a simple yet evocative image.
Well seen and executed.
For anyone who knows Scotland, this image couldn't have been taken anywhere else. It tells a story of the hardship faced by many making their living from the sea. Living on the edge, physically and metaphorically.
I love this image!
I was married in Wemyss Bay so have a soft spot for the place.
That being said, this is one of the most iconic railway stations in Scotland that allow for so many different compositions that some photographers get overwhelmed by the prospect.
This composition of the main platform is incredibly well composed and processed. Simple yet beautiful
