Scottish Landscapes

I love the emptiness and minimalism feel to this image i think what little is happening within the image is just perfect the moody clouds combined with the subtle light in the distance makes everything all come together in my opinion a worthy image to be included in my top 10 congratulations.

The Quiraing a photographers dream location when visiting the Isle of Skye. This classic take of a very iconic location had to be in my top 10 for just alone the stunning light and moody conditions that photographer has managed to capture on top of the ridge well done.

Stunning scene and reflections this image could not be missed when i started my judging. The only reason this hasn't made my top 10 is because of the slight blurry feel in parts of the image but defiantly earned a place on my commended list well done.

Absolute magic, This image was always going to be my stand out winner for so many reasons, One being the stunning composition its so easy to get carried away as a photographer when you get stunning conditions like this but as you can clearly see the photographer has taken time in choosing a solid composition i just love the foreground in this image so along with that and the stunning reflections this is my number 1 congratulations.

This is a great example of a Scottish landscape it not only has the stunning moody conditions within the image but it also contains one of those magical rainbows that we all hope to see when out taking photos. The photographer has also clearly thought out there composition when most would panic and just start clicking away, i also love how the road leads the viewer off down the path well done.
