I really like this artist that seems to be becoming quite popular. The figures are put in to partial 3 dimension works of street art. I also like that people are interacting with the image like the little girl you have captured in you photo. the image also makes me think about the state of the fascia on the walls a place that looks poor and un-kept. but the artist I think is trying to state that no matter where children live or what they experience that always find a way to play, laugh, love and live. Lovely image.
Though this is more of a mural than a Bansky style street graffiti, street art. I still liked what this image was expressing. that the followers will come when you ring the bell, or yell through the megaphone. but its caught the attention of the people below the bell hundreds of them are they listening to one voice following one voice? I do like that you have shown that its art mural on a wall of a house/building. Your composition makes your eyes look at the image as a whole not just the bell as that is generally the first icon you see, then the more you study the more detail you see. Good shot.
Good set up on this image. At first I didn't really notice the fox I saw the red brick and the shabby ply board covering then this shy little fox ever so tenderly looking up at you, bashfully trying to hide in his corner like he was in the middle of grooming himself to be rudely interrupted. I think this is a lovely image, the leaves from the autumn trees have aided to hiding the fox as they are similar colours and tones.
The photo on the whole gives you a sense of eerie atmosphere, the bare trees and fauna about then the circling fog. Then the off third rule of the stencilled graffiti of the man taking cover under his umbrella from the bombs that are falling like raindrops. Emits the sense of false security, with the fog in the back ground makes your imagination think that soldiers and tanks will appear at anytime. Overall a great setting for this image, the black and white finish adds to the effect.
Well done on a Banksy work piece. You say this is on a building, it would have been great to have seen the surroundings to understand why this image of a camera man and a flower stencil work is in situ. Is it an inner city building? As that may explain why camera man notices nothing but black and white, media, records crimes and poverty but whilst the world races about him, he finds himself distracted by one flower that holds his imagination. Never the less its great to see that communities are trying to preserve these small powerful images. Love the colours good shot well done.
Great composition of this image, at first your eye focuses on the remains of the concrete wall to building that's no longer there with the scattered rubble on the ground. Then you see the figure in protective clothing attached to a machine feeding them fresh sea air. The scene in the back ground shows the receding tide with the sea/land defences to stop further damage from sea erosion. Which seems by reports these days that our coast is being effected by climate change, and pollution not in the sea but also the air we breathe. well done.
I really liked this image, at first you see the guys on the wall fooling about on the kids swings at a park, enjoying themselves having great old time their faces very much show that. Then you notice the young couple on the street about to cross over arms linked they obviously don't notice anything about them but each other. Lastly but not least is the homeless/beggar on the floor of the wall sat below a laughing figure, but this guy isn't laughing he's looking tired, hungry and unwanted. With the image being in black and white he almost becomes invisible to those who aren't looking.
This is a striking image of the ooooh so destructive wasp. It burrows into walls and cavities in the most inconsiderate way. The graffiti artist has chosen such a great place to spray/stencil the creature on the ruined remains of what appears to be a derelict building, great imagination. A little jealous I haven't captured a shot like this, the composition though not quite following the rule of thirds it does still draw your eye to the centre of the shot. The ivy that has started to creep it's way into the ruined building is just as destructive as the artist's wasps eating the concrete fascia. Great image well done.
Well done on your image capture and subject matter, Though it hasn't quiet met the brief of inspired by. I liked the context for the imagery of the man attempting to scare the bats away, that's how it looks to me though not sure if that's what was trying to be achieved. There is good composition in the image and thought has been given to the mans reaction. I would have liked to have seen more of the skull art work on the wall. but I think it's a great spur of the moment street shot.

This a great positioned capture of the Banksy style stencilled art/graffiti. Good spot, I really love this image of the two little boys being so curious. You can almost imagine the rock paper scissors bet as to who is lookout and who peeks a look first. The artist has obviously had this image planned looking for the perfect replacement for a shower curtain, it almost looks like one to with the corrugated metal peeled back, and the lady showering without a thought. If only she knew.

Banksy is a well known anonymous street artist, leaving his trademark art and tags on walls all over the world. His work can be thought-provoking, evocative political statements, subversive dark humour, and he mostly uses stencilling techniques. The challenge is to head out onto the streets and hunt for street graffiti with the style of Banksy in mind. You may even find one of Banksy's own iconic images if you're lucky. Think stencilled art (which is becoming more and more popular) or street art with an underlying message. I can't wait to see what you find – good luck.
