Beautiful and evocative winter sunset (sunrise?) photo. Great capture of the contrast between the bright sun and the dark sky behind it Also really love the contrast between the ice and dark water in the lake. The wide angle catches precisely the right amount of the skyline, This is the best downtown skyline photo I've seen. Congratulations.

With all the photos of the downtown skyline entered I was very pleased to see one of the new Mimico skyline. which is quite dramatic due to some creative architecture. I also really like the fact that you were able to catch two starburst flares in the same photo, complementing each other at the two ends. The reflection and gradient are also outstanding. The wide angle helped increase a sense of separation in depth among the buildings. Congratulations.
This photo appealed to me for the balance of the separate elements. The bird (a terrific capture) and the distant CN tower as two smaller subjects on the left offset the boat n the right side. I also like the feeling of calmness. The lighting and somewhat high contrast gives a very nice play between the pastels of the background and the blacks and greys f the main subjects. Congratulations
This caught my eye because of the combinations of minimalism and fog. The three elements play play off each other beautifully. The street lamp is diagonally complementary to the other two and the is a gradation of clarity from the street to the partly obscured L tower and then to the more obscure CN Tower. Congratulations.
Truly spectacular sunset captured in a wide angle panorama., capturing a high amount of depth in the cloud formations. The reflection off the lake is very dramatic as well. A stunning photo with a great depth. I might have adjusted the perspective slightly if possible, though the slight distortion also gives a sense of size. Congratulations,.
Very striking views of the TD and RBC buildings. I particularly like the post processing effects in this photo which make the whole into a study in blue and gold coloration. The RBC towers are somewhat toned down in hue from this angle despite the reflection and conversely the TD today is made more golden. This helps to unify these two rather disparate pieces of architecture. Congratulations.
This wide angle light trail photo truly captures the excitement of Dundas and Yonge at night. The shooting location makes an excellent use of the curve of Dundas Street to add a sense of action to the light trails along with a sense of anticipation. The brightness works well but it alternatively might also be great with the highlights toned down in post-processing. Congratulations.

Show me your photos captured in the city of Toronto in Canada. The CN Tower, Casa Loma, Dundas Square, and the ROM Museum are all favourite locations for photos but I would also very much like to see photos taken elsewhere within the city limits but outside the central area. Please make sure, however, that the entries are captured within the city proper, not the rest of the Greater Toronto Area. Images should also have a recognisable sense of the location if possible. Black and white or colour photos are welcome.
