Visually stunning and incredibly fun, I can hear the ominous, impending shark-attack-song from "Jaws" playing in my head. Flawless execution on the submersion of the shark, and capturing the ensuing splash. As a photographer who includes lots of splash effects in my own work, I appreciate what you've accomplished here.

Photos, while personal to the photographer, can be personal to the viewer as well. I strongly relate to this image because of an experience I had while working and living in Asia decades ago. I was in my bedroom rummaging through a dresser drawer. The drawer, filled with office supplies, was opened and my arm was fully extended inside of it looking for pens. Suddenly, a HUGE spider ran out of the drawer and onto the top of the dresser. With its legs fully extended it was larger than my hand. In fact, it looked eerily similar to your toy spider, except its body was black, not green. I felt like my heart was going to burst out of my chest!
This image is beautifully setup and executed, and I love the angle it was photographed at...spider level. This image has taken what had been in my memory (and occasional nightmare) for decades and made it real again. Thank you?

I really like how you chose to light this scene. The strong directional light casts long shadows from the figures, adding depth to the composition. The light also creates a defining rim light on the figures, allowing the dark silhouetted figures to pop from the dark background. Of course the viewers and I are left to our own devices to figure out what is taking place with the figures and the salt, and I don't mind! Well done!
