The lighting in these portraits is expertly managed, creating a natural yet dramatic effect. This lighting also adds an intimate feel to the portraits, making the subjects appear approachable and relatable.

I really enjoy the bold and striking composition of this triptych with diagonal lines serving as the primary visual elements. These lines, formed by the edges of buildings and wires create a complex and engaging pattern. The photographer’s choice to focus on these angles provides a fresh perspective on the urban environment, highlighting the geometric beauty of the cityscape.
These photographs capture a mesmerising view looking down staircases, creating a hypnotic pattern that draws the viewer’s gaze into the depths below. The staircase’s elegant, angular and repetitive elements are beautifully highlighted, showcasing the architectural, geometric precision of the structure. The varied colours of the wall make this a very strong triptych.
The composition of each photograph is thoughtfully arranged to highlight the vivid and vibrant colours and patterns within the urban environment. The framing of various urban elements with vivid, contrasting and complimentary colours is very eye catching. The photographer has created a sense of a magical urban world.
The eyes have it! Congratulations, I love this triptych. There's an uncanny, almost alien quality to the insect’s and birds's gaze, evoking a sense of curiosity and wonder. The direct eye contact is great, creating a moment of connection with these creatures and the composition is wonderful. The soft, pastel colour palette works very well too.

The opportunities that open up when three images are displayed alongside each other are many. The triptych in art has often been used to show a single scene sliced into three, perhaps with changes of viewpoint. But the presentation of a series of images on a given subject can be used in many other ways too - to show changes over time, changes in behaviour, changes under different conditions, or several varieties or examples of it. All of which can vastly enrich our understanding and appreciation of a subject, and bring a narrative arc into the series. There is no limitation on subject matter in this contest, and the ways in which your three images relate to each other, and are presented, is for you to decide.

The composition is strikingly effective in emphasizing the bridge’s vanishing perspective. The bridge is strategically placed to lead the viewer’s eye from the foreground into the distant, foggy horizon. The lines formed by the bridge’s structure and support cables guides the gaze along its length, drawing attention to the gradual disappearance into the mist. I also like the way this triptych has been presented with the left, centre and right hand side images.

The contrast in these images is striking, with deep blacks and bright whites that bring out the body’s form and texture. The monochromatic palette enhances the visual impact, focusing attention on the body’s shape and details rather than colour.
This triptych of oil droplets on water has a lovely, calming feel about it. The focus is sharp on the oil droplets, highlighting the smooth, spherical forms and the delicate interplay of light and colour. The depth of field is shallow, ensuring that the droplets are crisply defined against the slightly blurred background. This selective focus accentuates the overall visual impact of the photograph.
