When it's windy

Thank you for entering my competition. And congratulations on coming in my top ten. I love how you have captured the wind in this image. The shot is nice and sharp and the tones are evenly balanced. I also feel that there is an element of humour and when I first saw this image it made me smile because of the this big guy looks bit miffed about having his fur blown all over the place. Well done!

I love the low angle to which you have taken this shot. And the way Baxter is looking into the wind and looks so deep in thought. you have captured the movements of the moderate wind well. I really feel that this works for this image. The light and darker grey tones also give the shot a haunting moodiness. I believe that this is quite a unique image. Well done!

I love the long exposure here, which gives a haunting moody feel as the waves crash over the barrier. This also makes it hard to see what is under the waves. And the lighting has also created an orange flare which really accentuates the image. The lighting on the model is great as it both highlights and shadows the model. I also love how the wind is blowing from behind the model. Well done!

However, what I love about this image is the well balanced composition. The lighting is also well balanced as it makes the folds and textures of the veil stand out. I particularly love the way you have captured the veil as it delicately floats in the breeze on the sea shore. Altogether a very well thought out and orchestrated image. A very well done.!
