
This was exactly what I was looking for when making this contest. Photographing wildlife at such a close distance means you really have to think outside of the box when deciding composition. It's a challenge you succeeded at. Your editing on this image draws the eye directly to the dirty paws and photographing something like it's in first person is something I've never though of trying. Wonderful image and congratulations on being my first place winner.

You nailed the focus on this image and I can tell that it was purposefully shot this way instead of a crop from a perviously shot photo. Many people just went back into their catalogue of photos to crop something they already had. Usually the photos that stand out most are the ones that purposefully shot the photo with my theme in mind instead of going that route and you photo is a great example of that.

I want to see your close-up or macro photos of wildlife where the subject fills the entire photo. You can fill up the frame of the photo with any wildlife of your choosing. There must be nothing else in the photo nor any type of background that is not fur, feathers, or scales. The wildlife must fill the whole frame.
