What a beautiful photo of movement is this! And what a story it tells. The two women are traveling in a freight car, which is speeding in a peripheral area of a large Asian city. The hair of the two women, fluttering, is golden with the reflections of the sun. Even without seeing the faces, the photo conveys a sense of positivity, as if the two people looked confidently towards what awaited them, the young woman with trepidation, the old woman with wisdom.
How nice this photo is! The elegant girl, who seems to be sitting on a roof, loses the umbrella that flies away, and with one hand manages to prevent the wind from taking her hat off. The photo is technically very accurate, with the movement of the umbrella, the blurring of the roofs in the distance, and the reflections of light in the lower part, which suggest a photo taken through a glass. Nice the combination of dress and umbrella.
I think this is a perfect minimal street photo. In the left part of the image an elderly woman walks with her stick in a cone of light, in which her shadow is projected. On the right side comes a young woman with her two joyful daughters. In addition to the masterful technique of execution, and the splendid rendering of black and white, this photo contains a real representation of human life.

Meet the expert judge
This is an excellent documentary photo, taken in Mumbai, an Indian city located along the coast. The occasion is the Chhat Pooja, a large Hindu festival during which there is a ritual of prayer in the waters to thank the solar deity Surya and the goddess Shashthi. The photo is perfectly made, with the three women facing away from the waves. Much of the scene is out of focus, which helps create a suggestive effect. Congratulations on this well-deserved position.

Without showing the woman's face and her emotions, try to tell a story, focusing on the person, and not relying on backgrounds such as spectacular landscapes or sunsets. Photos can be in colour or in black and white. I will not consider photographs of nudes. Have fun.

The woman from behind is looking at a large board full of letters that seem to have no meaning at all. After discovering the words "love" and "peace" on the right, to my surprise I also found, on the left of the woman's head, the photographer's name and surname! Later I discovered that the photographer's hidden message was "must make love, no war ... peace". This photo has many merits: composition, cutting, inventiveness, and therefore we happily forget about the small manipulation in postproduction.
