Your Best Wedding Photos

This image makes you wonder. What's happening? Is she lost, did he get cold feet, why is she here and not at her wedding party? The fact that nobody is even looking at her gives the idea that she must be very lonely. Because of the black and white your eye is even more drawn to her. Well done!

I love the colours in this photo, love the symmetry, love the detail of the reflection on the right! The fact that the upper part of the photo is mainly pink, the lower part almost black and white and then the bride so beautifully in blue: it all makes that your eyes go directly to them!

This photo is just pure happiness to me! And what makes it really stand out is the fact that their eyes are totally visible in between all the petals. The colours are great and there's a lot of movement and energy in the picture: love it!

Creating a photo like this needs not only the skills to have this couple pose at their best but also a lot of technical skills. The little bit of flash that's been used, is júst right. Enough to make your eye go to them, but not that much that the sun and the atmosphere disappear. Also it's a very soft light, so it doesn't give a harsh shadow. Nicely done!

The colours, the light, their pose, the composition... to me all is perfect in this image! May be the photo would be even stronger (with more tension) if it would have been the moment just before their kiss. But her hand is very elegant on his chest, the wind through their hair... I love it all!

This is such an interesting image! It surely makes you look longer than normal: what place is this, how does this perspective work? I really like it that it's almost all in focus and the red works wonderful with the grey and her white dress. And I also love it that she's moving, it gives the photo a lot more power!

The contrast between the happy couple (completely sinking away in each others eyes) and the guy sitting indoors with his cap and an almost sad look on his face, makes this picture really strong. The black and white and the light on the couple make it even better. Almost like a perfect photo taken during street photography!

I love this image! The chosen angle is fantastic; it drags you into the world of the bride who's down between all the ladies. I like all the hands, the water flowing, the expression on her face (and the tongue of the lady on the left :-)). And of course the colours give this image even more power.
