Thank you to everyone who submitted an image for this contest. It was a joy to work through all the contributions but, with so many to choose from, only a few could be selected for special mention. My first choice is this one, looking up into the dome of St Paul's Cathedral. The fine detail gives the viewer an opportunity to study it's magnificence without getting a crick in the neck (or pay an entrance fee). The Perfect Circle is accurately placed in the centre, a feat that I'm sure will have taken time to position the camera correctly. This is an image to be proud of. Congratulations!

I am looking for your photos that display a perfect circle. We are surrounded by circles, both man-made and in nature, so there should be no shortage of subjects to choose from. Either large or small, just make sure that you capture the circle from head-on so that it does not appear oval.

Nature can be perfect and this is a perfect shot. It may not form a perfect geometric circle, but it was good enough for me! The bokehed background has a lovely contrasting colour and helps to keep attention on what Nature has produced. Thank you for your contribution and adding variety to my contest!

It may be considered a bit of a risk to think outside the box but this shot is exceptional. One would normally see the object being inspected, on the other side of the lens, rather than look back at the observer. This is an original piece of work with an inspired title.. I have a spooky gaze in addition to a perfect circle. Well done, and thank you for adding this extra dimension to my contest!
I hadn't expected to be selecting an imperfect spiral for my top ten in a contest about perfect circles but this one fascinates so much that it could not escape my attention. The ceiling meets my request for a perfect circle, whilst the staircase guides the eye back and forth, to and from the circular dome at the top. There must be many ways to capture this view but, fo me, this crop and angle is as perfect as the circle itself!
This, and one or two others, should remind us to look up rather than just forwards. I'm sure we've all missed a perfect shot by not being circumspect enough. This particular shot very nearly made my top ten, due to the care taken to place the lens perfectly below the centre and the symmetry achieved.
