A Room with a View

Out of all the photos entered, this one is probably the one I would be most likely to hang on my wall, which is why I gave it first place! I really like how you captured the inside vs outside divide using the different sides of the image (left being outside). The man looking out of the window with binoculars adds intrigue, and draws the viewer's eye to the object of his admiration: the container ship.

What an absolutely stunning room with an absolutely stunning view! I love that you managed to capture the entire window in your photo, as well as the unusual art/lighting (?) instillation in the shadows at the top of the image. As a viewer, it feels like being in the room with you, which means you are sharing a truly special experience with us through this photograph.

When I came up with this contest, I didn't expect to see views as spectacular as this one to be honest. This image looks like a still from a Wes Anderson movie, and I love everything about it! What an absolutely stunning photo and view!

I really like how this photo focuses on the inside of the room, while still showing off the spectacular view, both by featuring it in the background, and through the actions of the human subject. His reflection in the open window reveals that while you were taking a photo of him, he was taking a photo of the view, which tells a nice story!

This photo made me smile when it came up after a sea of views of mountains, forests and the beaches, so thank you for uploading it! It may not be the most conventionally stunning view, but I love a good animal appearance in my contests!
