Abandoned Technology

Brief

This contest is for your photos of obsolete or unwanted technology which has been abandoned or is clearly deemed superfluous to needs. In this context, abandoned means left in situ, so items which have been 'dumped' or otherwise disposed of would be outside the brief. Technology could mean factory machinery, personal electronics, infrastructure for distribution of power or communications etc or anything which has been manufactured to perform a function that did not exist before the Industrial Age but has now been abandoned.
