Abstracts of Elephants

This is such an amazing photo. The backs of the elephants are just the right amount of abstract, I was looking for. Sadly this capture could not make the top ten, since it didn't fit the brief a 100% due to the birds being so prominent.

Great capture. The composition of the foot is on point, the shadows/lighting in this shot gives is an interesting look and I really enjoy the depth of field and the sharpness of the detail in the skin.

The detail and clarity in this image is absolutely stunning. The different textures visible, creates an interesting feel to the capture and I think the black and white colouring emphasises this more.
