There were quite a number of kitten images, but I chose this one as I like the composition/low point and how you've made a tiny cat actually look quite menacing! The image has both impact and relevance, as well as entertainment value.
Thank you for entering the 'Almost anything beginning with the letter "K"' contest. There were many images of birds, but this is one of my favourites. The kestrel is sharply focused with good feather detail. The colours and tones are beautiful, and overall, a very aesthetically pleasing image.

Thank you for you entering the 'Almost anything beginning with the letter "K"' contest. There were of course, a number of kitten images, but this is one of my favourites. Such a cutie! I like the contrast between the soft fur and the hard surface of the tree trunk. The lighting applied enhances the image and overall, it is a visually appealing shot!
Thank you for entering the 'Almost anything beginning with the letter "K"' contest. Such a simple image, but I found myself being drawn back to it whilst perusing the images. The tones work well in my opinion and I like the jaunty angle of the lock. There were a few entries of keys, but this is my favourite.

Today, 28th of February, is my Birthday, so this contest is all about me! You are invited to submit images relating to the letter "K" - that would be "K" at the start of the word, for example kitten, kale or kangaroo. The image should be recognisable as containing a "K" word, therefore, you must give it a title! Any untitled entries will be disregarded. No images (please) with proper names (capital letters), such as Kew Gardens, Katmandu or Keira Knightley. However, if you manage to get a shot of Keira Knightley holding a kettle in your kitchen, that's acceptable! You surely then deserve an award :) Images are not always about technical execution as sometimes, criteria such as creativity, social impact and entertainment value will be more important. Dictionaries at the ready... Go!
Thank you for entering the 'Almost anything beginning with the letter "K"' contest. There were a few kite images, but I like this one because of its simplicity - just the one lone kite. Usually I'm not a fan of predominantly centred subjects, however, I think this one works well, although I would probably have cropped it a little more to fill the frame.
