Exquisite is an apt description for this image - the delicacy and accuracy that stone artisans employed in creating the fantastic arches in medieval and gothic buildings is awe-insprining. The attention to detail with the floral rosettes where spans join is beautiful. Your black and white treatment intensifies the "gothic" feel to this image.
Not so much a "modern" person, I love how you captured the different buildings with their distinct geometric personalities. Contrasting light and dark next to each other, with the almost floral windows of the white building in the middle, lend an air of fun and whimsy, which might not necessarily be associated with the business name on the building... Very fun.
Having worked in an outdoor art museum and also in a medium-sized library district, this book column is an interesting architecturally decorative detail. I love how the angle at which you took the image lends the appearance that the books look wider/fatter on the "outside" of the column, and look much thinner on the inside. What a fun image.
The Cleveland Clinic's website says, "Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health is a unique and exciting concept in medicine: a medical center dedicated solely to the pursuit of more effective treatments for brain diseases and to the provision of state-of-the-art care for patients affected by these diseases and their families." State-of-the-art treatment in a building that is in and of itself a piece of art. In looking online at other Cleveland Clinic images, this image by far showcases the lines and curves with the lighting of the rising sun. A perfect blend of art and architecture, and science as well. Well done.

What expresses form and function more than a bridge that delivers folks to and from destinations? I love how this bridge undulates and appears to dive into the water below. And the reflection of the bridge in the water is so simply beautiful it is breathtaking. The black and white treatment serves to accentuate the curves and lines of the artistic features of the bridge.
It's amazing how some thought-ful design can change a plain building into an eye-catching artistic piece. The light gray of the building stone, contrasting with the dark grey abstract piece set beside the louvered pieces lends for a pleasing facade. I would like to know where this building is, and maybe the architect.
The contrasting curves with straight lines of steel against the clear blue sky offers a wonderful the glass panels of this building look to offer shelter from the elements - shade from the sun, cover from rain, and a great place to meet. Capturing subtle details such as the street light and people lends scale to the building so we can better appreciate the size of this architecture.
I love when architects marry the old with the new. I love it even more when that marriage looks seemless. The way you captured the light and how it plays with the building and with shadows extending the "new" building onto the surface of the "old" building is beautiful. And the punches of blue reflecting off the windows in certain locations adds to the texture of the building. Nicely done.
