A stunning image with amazing clarity and contrast. I love the curves on the barn and the tractor lines leading you off into the distance. The clouds are beautiful and full of texture which have been teased out with no heavy editing, it really is a cracking image. The shadows of the clouds on the crop give the entire image a sense of movement and you feel, as the viewer that you are almost there standing in the crop watching the world go by and feeling the wind on your face. Thank you for entering this stunning image.
What a winning image! It ticks every one of my criteria boxes. A beautiful old barn happily situated in one of the most beautiful parts of the world with a stunning backdrop and a blazing sunset to boot. I can just imagine a cowboy emerging from the side of the barn riding off into the sunset. Just a sublime image. Thank you so much for entering this in my contest and for giving me goose bumps when I look at it.

When I visualise a barn in America, this is what I imagine. That lovely typical barn red and writing on the roof with the huge barn door open just teasing the viewer with what might be inside. Gorgeous basic colours like red, green and blue all come together to make this image so pleasing to the eye. Many thanks for entering this in my contest.
I love the angle used for the remains of this barn. It looks imposing yet its hanging on to its structure until its death when it will eventually collapse and become just rust on the ground. Great clarity and contrast with the stunning blue sky with its white fluffy clouds, clouds that have been stopped in their tracks by the camera shutter which has stopped time, just for a brief second. Thank you for entering it in my contest.

Id like to see your best images of Barns. Old crumbling Barns in the UK and USA and anywhere else you have seen them. Colour or Black and White, whatever takes your fancy. The Barn MUST be the point of interest. It would be preferable to have a little info about where you have seen them, don't just plonk on the image with no information about where you found it. Happy hunting and I look forward to your images.
