Bollards and Railings

Timeless. Bollards came from the tall ships pulling up in the docks and you have captured the age of the sailing vessel with the anchor and bollards. Clearly the thirds have worked well for you here. Bollards across the bottom third and the anchor on the right third. Great Picture.

Truly great. With the railings leading the eye into the picture towards the suble colours ranging across the picture from the deeper blues on the left to the yellow and oranges on the right makes this a really great picture.

Great use of depth of field with the recuring pattern of the railing. The use of the top hand rail pulling the eye across the picture makes this stand out. Simple subject matter but effective in creating a great picture.

This picture has caught my eye as its the first time I have seen the Old Peir in a new light and with it being a local destination it often crops up.. Fitting the brief of Bollards and Railings while capturing an Iconic location in Swanage.
