A worthy winner that I was so pleased to see while judging. So many nice characteristics about the image such as the soft colours and light just catching those golden leaves as autumn has started to turn, then there's the centre of the image that goes down the walkway that you can't help but look down and you just want to walk down and appreciate how nice this scene is. The shot is well presented and framed excellently, with the use of the tree on the left and the sign and the footpath again taking you through the image.
A really lovely photo with even more gorgeous light, being by the water at this time of year when you have those warmer days and cooler evenings creates this beautiful mist that you've captured very well. The light coming in from the top right-hand side of the frame you have captured exceptionally well, I also like the amount of detail that you've managed to preserve in the caravans on the other side of the water, all these elements when pulled together really make for a standout image like you have here, really well done and thank you for entering the competition.
A really nice image, one of the classics that many photographers wish to have in their portfolios. The beautiful tones the mist and the beautiful light coming into the frame help to highlight all the important parts of the image, the details on the stag and nice and rich and this allows you to appreciate the scene in full. Thank you very much for entering the competition
Thank you so much for entering this competition with this stunning image, I like the late light and how it casts Shadows over the frame including on the tree which is the main focal point in the shot. The details are really Sharp all the way through the image and the colours that you've preserved really stand out and make for a very strong image.
A classic photo taken of such a classic location, but the way you captured the light we're going to cross the landscape is just stunning. I like the use of some of the blacks and the bottom of the frame this helps to define the landscape by also like towards the top of the frame where you've allowed the sunlight to be more powerful and stand out more, this just lets you feel how nice that sun would have been on that day. Really amazing work and thank you very much for entering the competition.
A really nice image that has some beautiful tones in it, alongside the tack sharp focus on the trees so you can see how lovely the bark is along with the composition being nice and strong with the trees not overpowering in the frame as left with a really strong image that I'm pleased to include in the top 10.
Thank you very much for entering the competition with this image, I like the position of the boat in the centre of the frame as it is surrounded by the mist on the water. The use of the trees to frame the image adds to the scene and makes a great central focal point, I like how you managed to preserve some of the reds on the boat, all these elements pull together to make for a really nice image. I can imagine how happy you were when you saw this scene and managed to capture it on camera.
A really cute photo but also technically really well taken, the nice centred position of the child with the dog and the subjects being very well focused, then with the balance of the two trees on either side of the child with lots of gold and yellows from the trees that have shed their leaves are just fascinating to look at, all these elements just made a wonderful image.
The classic drone shot the majority of drone owners wish to capture. That beautiful winding road from the above point of view, but then when added in with these gorgeous trees and then add a colour that you've managed to preserve in the shot has given you an image that just stands out from the rest. It's great to see these types of shots done as well as you as you've done, thank you very much for entering the competition.
Another powerful image that sits in the top 10 very well, the beautiful sidelight is one of the strongest characteristics in this shop it's just catching off all the right parts of the photo such as the grass and the tree but also helps to pick out the mist which is just rolling in the frame too The choice for the positioning of a tree just off-centre also works very well, I like how much detail you preserved in the shot, this has just created an image that I wish I was standing there taking myself, very well done indeed.
Really worthy top 10 image, the first thing that catches my eye is the lovely tones, the browns and the yellows, coupled with the mist rolling in the landscape and the castle protruding above all of this makes for an absolutely classic image. There are so many great characteristics about this image that just make it stand out, I can imagine how excited you were seeing this scene unfold for you and then capturing it on camera.

Be gone the lush green landscapes. Here we’re more interested in the ploughed field, the desert dunescape, the autumnal hues, and the scene drenched in golden hour lighting. These soothing earthy tones warm our hearts and create rich imagery with great depth.

Another great scene showing the change of The seasons, it's so nice to see a classic image like this showing the shape of the valley but also how everything in front of us changes from those lashes greens those yellowy browns such as the brief in the competition asked for, what's more, I like the way you've managed to capture the light hit in the land in the background, time is key for these kinds of shots and it's great to see that you've managed to come over good composition from this.
A nice image with some very sharp details in the grass and in the fence and I like the choice of using the fence line as a vanishing point to take you the whole way through the image. We've got a nice balance of horizon and foregrounds with the grasses, this makes the image work very well. Add to this the little bit of blue sky with the fluffy clouds really does help to set the scene, making it feel like an autumn day when you're taking the photo.
A beautiful scene of a beautiful part of the world, I quite often see photos from this region from the height of summer and people like to travel to the area, so it's also nice to see this area represented with those golden browns when the heather starts to turn. The composition is nice and strong and I like how you went for showing some of the locks in the distance and also giving a good amount of foreground to.
A really nice drone image that you've captured here I like the balance between the foreground with the locks and also a little bit of sky has been added into the shot with the snow-capped mountains, this gives you a nice bit of depth, but when we really look into to the image and see this beautiful light and the browns all over the landscape is really fitted as brief so well, thank you so much for entering the competition
