A much photographed scene of Bruges that I feel you have captured perfectly, full of depth and atmospheric feeling, with a beautiful reflection to boot.
Considering the long exposure you have managed to retain an awful amount of detail in the reflection too which is amazing.
Congratulations on the top 10 position and many thanks for your entry.
A lovely night time cityscape of Hong Kong with a tremendous amount of detail, you have captured the scene so well, the towering skyscrapers in the foreground, through the light trails of the ships traversing the harbour, right through to the distant hills and mountains. Congratulations on being placed in my top 10 and thank you for sharing your entry.
I really liked this photograph, it embodied the brief and shows a great cityscape, and my eyes just wanted to explore all the interesting details.
I would perhaps have rotated and cropped it slightly differently to have the road cut the diagonal more evenly, but that's just me. Thank you so much, it is a great shot!
The composition of this photo has worked so well with the stationary trains in the shed, the light trails on the road and the beautiful starbursts on the lights which have all come together to create a stunning night scene.
Whilst the immediate foreground is a little distracting it does not hold the eye for too long and cropping it out would perhaps have lost some important detail in the remainder of the photograph.
Well done for capturing the scene so well and thank you for your entry.
There was just something about this monochrome photograph that really grabbed my attention, I just love the view of the City of London with the Tower of London in the foreground combined with the motion detail in the sky.
A brave conversion that has just worked very well.
Congratulations on the top 10 spot and thank you for sharing.
A lovely shot of Tower Bridge, one of many that were entered and I felt that this photo just captured the scene so well with a perfectly lit scene, a dramatic sky and some lovely reflections in the Thames.
You have met your technical challenges perfectly, well done and congratulations on making my top 10.

Great shot of the Frankfurt skyline, retaining a lot of detail and sharpness. Its a shame that the sky does not yield a bit more drama, which would have made for a perfect shot. I, for one, would certainly have been pleased with this shot.
All round, a nice photograph composed well and really interesting. Thank you

A truly spectacular city nightscape that just works so well. The attention is immediately drawn through the foreground to the central building and demands the eyes to explore the scene through to the backdrop of the cities lights.
A superb capture and totally deserving of its top 10 position.
Congratulations and well done.
The diagonal placement of the Sydney Harbour Bridge in this scene makes for a wonderful composition, combined with the vibrant lighting and the Opera House and the city lights under the bridge make for a spectacular image.
You have captured the details so well and the colours are just stunning. An absolutely perfect capture for this contest and well deserving of its 2nd place. Congratulations and well done.
This photograph just spoke to me on so many levels and really elevated itself in my eyes because it was shot on an iPhone. You have captured so much interest, not just the city skyline that forms an amazing backdrop, but also the families in the well-lit park in the foreground. I would have perhaps tried to straighten the horizon slightly, but the curvature of the wide angle does seem to work with the curve of the bridge., great shot, well done.
Thank you for sharing and congratulations on your top 10 spot.

Let me see your photos showing city nightscapes. You could show landscapes of a sprawling metropolis lit up at night, well known landmarks, long exposures, traffic, light trails etc., just be sure to emphasise the fact that the shot is taken in a city at night. Images must be captured during the hours of darkness.

I am uncontrollably drawn to this photo because of the ghostly figures on the crossing, which just seems to draw the viewer in to inspect the rest of the scene and the colourful backdrop of all the neon advertising right through to the people in the coffee shop. A really tricky exposure that has worked out really nice, well done.
